As user of the website (referred to as “you/your”) you acknowledge that any use of this website including any transactions you make (“use/using”) is subject to our terms and conditions below.

General
2.1. Please read through these terms and conditions carefully before using the website or placing an order. Please also take time to read our Privacy Policy regarding your personal information and how we use it.
2.2. Any reference to You/Buyer/Purchaser shall mean any person, sole trader, partnership, business, body corporate or other entity detailed in the appropriate section of the sales invoice/order form and shall include all successors, heirs and assigns. Where the Buyer purchases in the course of a trade, profession or vocation, it is agreed that such a buyer shall mean a trade buyer. Where a person deals entirely as a consumer, statutory rights shall remain unaffected. Where the term buyer appears within these terms it shall mean both trade and consumer buyer/purchaser unless specified as relating to a trade buyer or consumer buyer individually. If you are not a consumer, you confirm that you have authority to bind any business on whose behalf you place an order.
2.3. We reserve the right to change these terms and conditions at any time. Any such changes will take effect when posted on the website and will be dated accordingly, it is your responsibility to read the terms and conditions on each occasion you use this website and your continued use of the website shall signify your acceptance to be bound by the latest terms and conditions.
Contract between costumer and us
3.1. Our site will guide you through the steps you need to take to place an order with us. Our order process allows you to check and amend any errors before submitting your order to us. Please take the time to read and check your order at each page of the order process.
3.2. After you place an order, you will receive an e-mail from us confirming your order. At this point a contract between us will be formed. If you do not receive an email confirmation from us, please contact us at .
3.3. All products are subject to availability. In the unlikely event that you order products which are not available from stock, we will take reasonable steps to contact you to discuss how you wish to proceed. You will have the option to wait until the products are available from stock or cancel your order. If the products are unlikely to be restocked (or we are unable to contact you), we will cancel your order for those products and refund the price you have paid for those products.
Products
4.1. Goods or equipment ordered shall mean the products detailed in the section of the sales/order form and it shall be a core term of this agreement that all additional parts, connecting components or ancillary items, not detailed within the sales order form, shall be additional to this agreement.
4.2. We make every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours, features, specifications, and details of the products available on the Site. However, we do not guarantee that the colours, features, specifications, and details of the products will be accurate, complete, reliable, current, or free of other errors, and your electronic display may not accurately reflect the actual colours and details of the products.
4.3. The prices of the products will be as quoted on our site at the time you submit your order. We take all reasonable care to ensure that the prices of products are correct at the time when the relevant information was entered onto the system. Prices for our products may change from time to time, but changes will not affect any order you have already placed.
4.4. The price of a product does not include delivery charges. To check relevant delivery charges, please review our Delivery Policy.
4.5. Notwithstanding the above we may update prices at any time. Despite our best efforts, a small number of the large number of products we sell may occasionally be mispriced. If this happens then we will not be obliged to supply the products at the incorrect price or at all. We will (at our discretion) either cancel your order and refund the price you have paid or endeavour to contact you and ask you whether you wish to continue with your order at the correct price. If we are unable to contact you or you do not wish to continue with your order at the correct price, we will cancel your order and refund the price you have paid.
4.6. All products are subject to availability, and we cannot guarantee that items will be in stock. We reserve the right to discontinue any products at any time for any reason. Prices for all products are subject to change.
4.7. From time to time we may apply promotional prices to products. These promotional prices will only apply in the context in which the promotion is given and are subject to the terms of that promotion. To take advantage of promotional prices, you must quote the relevant promotion code when you order (where applicable). Promotional discounts will not be awarded retrospectively on any order. We may update promotions at any time.
Delivery
5.1. Orders are dispatched and deliveries are made on working days only. Working Days are Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays.
5.2. Our Standard delivery is available to all UK addresses include Highlands and Islands, Northern Ireland, the Channel Islands, Isles of Scilly, Isle of Wight and the Isle of Man. Delivery is free for all orders over £50 and costs £3,95 for orders less than £50. Delivery within 3-5 working days excluding bank holidays.
5.3. Express delivery is available to Mainland United Kingdom addresses only. Delivery costs £6,95 per order. Delivery within 1-2 working days excluding bank holidays.
5.4. Delivery times will be quoted at time of order and all time(s) given for dispatch or delivery is approximate and time shall not be of the essence.
5.5. In any event, delivery times are approximate and variable. When delivery is affected to the purchaser directly or to an independent delivery contractor as agent for the purchaser, risk shall pass to the buyer immediately.
5.6. The Buyer is required to notify the company, in writing, of any shortage, misdelivery or other discrepancy immediately, or at the latest within seven days of such shortage, misdelivery or failure, thereafter the buyer shall be liable for any such discrepancy.
5.7. Where delivery is affected to the buyers own independent delivery contractor, loss or damage in transit claims should be made directly to the carrier. The company will assist purchasers in making their claim.
5.8. Buyer should retain all packaging and proof of purchase in the event of a claim or return within the terms of this agreement.
5.9. Delivery and packing prices indicated within the Companies Brochures and Internet Site are subject to change and will be confirmed at the time of order.
Payments
6.1. Ownership of product shall not pass to the buyer until the company has received payment in full. In the event that sums owing in respect of other items ordered remain due, apportionment by this company shall take place without prejudice to the right to retain title or ownership in respect of all goods ordered.
6.2. You can pay for your products using any of the payment methods available to you in the check out process. We accept the following forms of payment:

6.3. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made via the Site. You further agree to promptly update account and payment information, including email address, payment method, and payment card expiration date, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed. We may change prices at any time. All payments shall be in GBP.
6.4. You agree to pay all charges at the prices then in effect for your purchases and any applicable shipping fees, and you authorize us to charge your chosen payment provider for any such amounts upon placing your order. We reserve the right to correct any errors or mistakes in pricing, even if we have already requested or received payment.
6.5. Payment for the products and all applicable delivery charges is in advance. By clicking the ‘Place Order’ button you are committing to your order and payment will be taken immediately from your payment method. Once your details have been approved, your order will be processed and you will receive email confirmation for your order.
6.6. In cooperation with Clearpay, we offer you to pay in 4 equal installments. 6.7. We reserve the right to refuse any order placed through the Site. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same payment method, and/or orders that use the same billing or shipping address. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers, or distributors.
Return and refund
7.1. Please review our Return Policy posted on the Site prior to making any purchases.
7.2. You have a legal right to cancel a contract during the 14 days after contract has been formed (date of purchase). This means that during the relevant period if you change your mind or decide for any other reason that you do not want to receive or keep a product, you can notify us of your decision to cancel the contract and receive a refund.
7.3. However, this cancellation right does not apply in the case of feeding bottles, feeding items, teethers and soothers for reasons of hygiene if they become unsealed after delivery.
7.4. If you cancel your contract we will:
- (a) refund you the price you paid for the products (or those products that you wish to cancel your order for). However, please note we are permitted by law to reduce your refund to reflect any reduction in the value of the products, if this has been caused by your handling of the product and your handling goes beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the products.
- (b) refund any delivery costs you have paid, although, as permitted by law, the maximum refund will be the costs of delivery by the least expensive delivery method we offer.
- (c) make any refunds due to you as soon as possible and in any event within the deadlines indicated below:
- (d) if you have received the product (or it has been dispatched to you) and we have not offered to collect it from you: 30 days after the day on which we receive the product back from you or, if earlier, the day on which you provide us with evidence that you have sent the product back to us.
- (e) if you have not received the product (and it has not been dispatched to you) or you have received it and we have offered to collect it from you: 30 days after you inform us of your decision to cancel the contract.
7.5. If you have returned the products to us under this clause 6 because they are faulty or mis-described, we will refund the price of the products in full, together with any applicable delivery charges, and any reasonable costs you incur in returning the item to us.
7.6. We will refund you on the credit card or debit card used by you to pay.
7.7. If a product has been delivered to you before you decide to cancel your contract or you receive the product after you seek to cancel the contract:
- (a) then you must return it to us without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days after the day on which you let us know that you wish to cancel the contract;
- (b) unless the product is faulty or not as described, you will be responsible for the cost of returning the products to us. If the product is one which cannot be returned by post, we estimate that if you use the carrier which delivered the product to you, these costs should be similar to the sums we charged you for delivery and you should check the delivery costs with your carrier.
7.8. We are under a legal duty to supply products that are in conformity with this contract. As a consumer, you have legal rights in relation to products that are faulty or not as described. These legal rights are not affected by your right of return and refund in these Terms. Advice about your legal rights is available from your local Citizens’ Advice Bureau or Trading Standards office.
Our liability
8.1. If we fail to comply with these Terms, we are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breach of these Terms or our negligence, but we are not responsible for any loss or damage that is not foreseeable. Loss or damage is foreseeable if it is an obvious consequence of our breach or if it was contemplated by you and us at the time we entered into this contract.
8.2. We only supply the products for domestic and private use. You agree not to use the product for any commercial, business or resale purposes, and we have no liability to you for any loss of profit, loss of business, business interruption, or loss of business opportunity.
8.3. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for:
- (a)death or personal injury caused by our negligence;
- (b) fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation;
- (c) any breach of the terms implied by section 12 of the Sale of Goods Act 1979 (title and quiet possession);
- (d) any other liability which cannot be excluded or limited under English law.
