Delivery
General information
We are not currently able to deliver to Republic of Ireland, BFPO or PO Box addresses nor offer international shipping to other countries. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.
Please ensure you include the correct email and mobile telephone information with your order to receive updates from the courier.
Delivery Costs and Times
Orders are dispatched and deliveries are made on working days only. Working Days are Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays.
Free Delivery
We offer Free Standard Delivery (3-5 working days) on all orders of £50 and over (after any discounts are applied) to United Kingdom addresses. This will automatically be applied at checkout.
Standard Delivery
Our Standard delivery is available to all UK addresses include Highlands and Islands, Northern Ireland, the Channel Islands, Isles of Scilly, Isle of Wight and the Isle of Man.
Delivery costs £3,95 for orders less than £50. Delivery within 3-5 working days excluding bank holidays.
Express Delivery
Our Express delivery is available to Mainland United Kingdom addresses only. Unfortunately, we can’t provide fast delivery to Highlands and Islands, Northern Ireland, the Channel Islands, Isles of Scilly, Isle of Wight and the Isle of Man.
Delivery costs £6,95 per order. Delivery within 1-2 working days excluding bank holidays.
Dispatch Schedule
All orders placed on the jetbaby.co.uk site will be processed and shipped according to the following schedule:
- Orders placed before 12:00 p.m. (GMT/BST) will be dispatched that working day.
- Orders placed after 12:00 p.m. (GMT/BST) during the week will be dispatched the next working day.
- Orders placed on the Friday or at the weekend will be dispatched the next working day.
- Working days are 9:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. (GMT/BST) Monday to Friday.
